Transverse billet heating furnace & Electric induction heating furnace

The billet heating furnace has the following characteristics:
1. Save investment and get quick results. Users of the original factory can clear out a relatively small space to place the cold billet heating furnace. The original rollers are basically used to move the billets in and out. The furnace body has been prefabricated and poured. It is simply assembled on site and then connected to water and electricity. The installation can be completed and it can be put into production in less than 15 days.
2. The cold billet induction heating furnace is safe, environmentally friendly, pollution-free and has zero emissions. Electricity is the cleanest energy , and the country is paying more and more attention to environmental protection issues. There is really no need to risk investing in a gas generator or use a natural gas heating furnace that is prone to explosion accidents.
3. Save energy and reduce consumption. Since our company started heating cold billets earlier, we have accumulated a lot of experience and continuously improved our products. The power consumption per ton of steel for heating cold billets into the rolling mill is at the leading level in the country. The power consumption per ton of steel heated from 25ºC to 1050ºC is controlled at about 300 kWh. Today, the price of natural gas is extremely unstable, while power resources are related to the country's people's livelihood, so the price is relatively stable. Therefore, many steel rolling manufacturers choose electric induction heating instead of flame heating furnace.
4. The furnace body is durable. The furnace body is made of high-temperature insulating materials. It will not require major repairs within a few years if it is damaged by man-made damage.
5. The temperature difference between the core and the meter is accurately controlled, which absolutely eliminates the "cooked rice" situation where the outside is overheated and the inside is not warm enough. The billet has enough time and heating atmosphere in the heating furnace to ensure that the overall temperature of the billet is uniform inside and outside.
6. Convenient and practical, you can start it when you want and stop it when you want. No need to preheat, just use as much as you want. Every shift the billet is burned and there is no residue left in the furnace. A set of furnaces with a heating capacity of about 60 tons per hour only requires 2-3 worker Manual operation, once the temperature is set, there is no need to adjust it halfway.
7. The sensor does not spark. The sensor is manufactured using a special process and has multiple means to prevent sparking.

8. There is very little oxide scale. Induction heating is different from flame heating. It induces heating of the entire inside and outside of the steel billet with very little oxide scale. On-site users reported that the oxide scale does not exceed 0.5%.
