Rolling mill-block mill
The finishing mill, also known as Monoblock, is located in the high-speed wire rod workshop and is dedicated to building a variety of high-speed wire rod and steel bar composite rolling production lines. The high-speed wire rod and high-speed steel bar composite rolling production lines built by HANI Group use φ285 and φ230 finishing mills, which are non-twisting, horizontal, vertical, and top cross-shaped, equipped with tungsten carbide roller rings, and have a rolling speed range of 85m/s-135m/s.
