ZZJ-800 series Features and Uses

ZZJ-800 series rolling mill auxiliary drive motor is our company's main product. It is manufactured in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC-34-13 "Rolling Mill Auxiliary Drive Motor" standard. It is an important power equipment in the steel industry. In harsh working environments, it can withstand frequent starting, braking, frequent reversal, and repeated large overload torque. It is mainly used in working rollers, press-down devices, loop tension rollers, shears, clamp cranes and other equipment. It is an updated replacement product for ZZ/ZZK, ZZY, ZZJO, ZZJ2 and other series motors.
This series of motors has a circular structure and good heat dissipation: it is suitable for rectifier power supply, can withstand pulsating current and current drastic changes (load changes) working conditions, and has good commutation.
This series of motors maintains the external installation dimensions of the 600 series, and the power level is one level higher than the 600 series, which is equivalent to the international advanced level.
The motor insulation level is F, and a reliable insulation structure and impregnation process are used to ensure stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation. The motor is suitable for power supply by DC generator sets and also suitable for power supply by static rectifier power supply. When the rectifier power supply is connected in a three-phase fully controlled bridge circuit, it can run well for a long time without filter reactor.
