Features

Long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector is a new and efficient bag filter developed on the basis of conventional pulse bag dust collectors. It not only combines the advantages of chamber back blowing and pulse blowing for dust cleaning, but also extends the filter bag, fully utilizing the strong blowing effect of compressed air under low gas source pressure (blowing pressure 0.15-0.3MPa) for dust cleaning. Overcoming the disadvantages of low intensity of back blowing and dust cleaning in separate rooms, and simultaneous pulse blowing and dust filtration, it prevents dust reattachment and loss.
By controlling the problem, the filtration speed can be improved, energy consumption for cleaning can be saved, and the lifespan of the filter bag can be extended.
