Our factory has successively designed, manufactured, completed, transformed, installed and commissioned hundreds of high-pressure water descaling systems for domestic heat-treated billets , hot-rolled strip steel, medium-thick plates, billets and various types of steel plants. Designers and technicians, who are familiar with hot rolling production and descaling process, master the technical parameters and equipment configuration of domestic hot-rolled billet high-pressure water descaling systems, and master supporting main equipment such as descaling pumps, air compressors, accumulators and frequency conversion The technical performance, working principle, technical requirements for installation and debugging of the device, etc., and various technical materials are complete. High-pressure water descaling plays a decisive role in the surface quality of steel in hot-rolled steel production. In modern steel rolling production, high-pressure water descaling device is not only It is an important part of the equipment, and the efficient and energy-saving high-pressure water descaling is also one of the important symbols of modern steel rolling production. At present, many large and medium-sized rolling mills at home and abroad are equipped with high-pressure water descaling devices, which have achieved remarkable results in improving product quality. Rolled steel produced without high-pressure water descaling process generally has a rough surface, many pits, is easy to corrode, and has a low service life. (At the same time, the oxide scale on the billet will also seriously damage the production equipment in the next process, such as the rollers of the rolling mill and the sizing mill). The steel billet is rolled after being descaled by high-pressure water, the surface of the product is smooth, and the appearance quality is significantly improved, thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of the product.
Fully automatic self-cleaning filter
DLSF fully automatic self-cleaning filter is a new generation of backwashing filtration system, which integrates multiple filter elements. When the filter element is blocked, the unique backwashing arm will backwash the filter element group by group. When impurities in the filter accumulate on the inner surface of the filter element, causing the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. When the backwashing suction cup mouth is directly opposite to the filter element inlet, the drain valve opens, and the system is depressurized and drained. A negative pressure zone with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears between the suction cup and the inner side of the filter element, forcing part of the clean circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter element to the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the tray with the water and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed filter screen produces a jet effect inside the filter element, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference returns to normal or the timer setting time ends, the motor stops running and the electric drain valve closes. During the whole process, the material flows continuously, the backwashing water consumption is small, and continuous and automated production (PLC or DCS control) is realized.
DLSF fully automatic self-cleaning filter has outstanding advantages over ordinary mesh self-cleaning filters. It has a large filtration area (180,000 cm2) for a single unit, a maximum flow rate of 10,000 m3/h for a single unit, minimal backwash water consumption (minimum 25L), fine filtration at low surface flow rates, and extremely high reliability. It can handle water with relatively poor quality, such as oily sludge-like impurities, soft and sticky impurities, high impurity content, and a small amount of hair and fiber impurities.
