The electric control system of the steel rolling production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Transmission control system:
Including DC or AC motor, frequency converter, transmission cabinet, etc., responsible for the speed and tension control of the rolling mill.
2. Automation control system:
With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the core, in conjunction with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and host computer, to achieve automatic control of the production process.
3. Monitoring and data acquisition system:
The host computer is connected to PLC via Ethernet to achieve the setting, monitoring and process optimization of production data. It can monitor the operation status of the entire production line and has fault diagnosis function.
4. Auxiliary electrical equipment:
Including hydraulic system, lubrication system, fire protection system, lighting system, etc., to provide guarantee for the stable operation of production.
